Where your documents are
- Storage
- Encrypted storage in Sydney, Australia (Supabase).
- Drafting tools
- AI tools that help prepare first drafts process documents in the United States (Anthropic), with model training switched off. The lawyer checks every point and approves the work.
- Our emails
- Sent by Resend in the United States. They carry the title of your request and a link, never your documents.
- Card payments
- Handled by Stripe. Card details never reach us.
- Website
- Run by Vercel, with our server functions in Sydney.
Who can open them
- Only you and the lawyer can download them. Our AI provider processes them to prepare the first draft.
- Every download is checked against your account and recorded. Download links last one minute.
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password to steal.
- The lawyer's account also needs a code from an authenticator app.
- Nobody offshore works on your file: no offshore lawyers, paralegals or outsourced staff.
How long we keep them
We keep your file for 7 years after the work ends, as a law practice must, then destroy it securely. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold through our contact page.
